Job Summary
Execute all resets in the assigned territory per the required schedule, set shelves and displays to the provided planogram (POG), ensure proper tagging, and manage backstock. Maintain accurate reporting and upload completion photos, monitor stock levels, and report observations to management. The role requires independent work in a flexible, part-time schedule with strong organization, communication, and relationship-building skills, and includes driving to stores with physical requirements (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending/twisting). Location is Woodbridge, VA; travel reimbursement is available where eligible.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail merchandising experience, preferably in a reset capacity within convenience store setting
- Self-starter and quick learner who can work independently and in a team
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
- Ability to meet physical requirements (standing 3-8hrs, lifting up to 50 lbs, crouching, bending, twisting, repetitive hand movements)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building with business partners
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
