Job Summary
TOP COMPANY BEVERAGE MERCHANDISER will execute resets in the assigned territory per schedule, set shelves/end caps/displays to provided planogram, ensure proper tagging, pack out backstock, remove non-planogram items, complete required reporting with photos, and regularly report stock levels and competitive observations. Ideal candidates have retail merchandising experience (reset focus preferred) and are self-starters who perform well independently or in a team, adapt to changing environments, and possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with business partners while traveling to assigned stores. The role offers flexible part-time schedules, travel reimbursement where eligible, online/mobile reporting, direct deposit, competitive pay, and advancement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail merchandising experience, preferably in a reset capacity within convenience store setting
- Self-starter and quick learner
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
- Physical ability to stand/walk 3-8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, crouching/bending/twisting
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building with business partners
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
