Job Summary
Execute all resets in assigned territory per required schedule. Set all shelves, end caps and displays to provided planogram (POG). Ensure sections are properly tagged. Pack out backstock from the backroom. Remove non-planogram items to designated area. Accurately complete required reporting and upload completion photos. Report stock observations, out-of-stock situations, and competitive threats to management. Requires a self-starter who can work independently or in a team, with strong organizational and communication skills, and reliable transportation for travel to assigned stores.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail merchandising experience, preferably in a reset capacity within convenience store setting
- Self-starter and quick learner who can work independently and in a team
- Comfortable in changing environments
- Able to meet physical requirements: standing/walking 3-8hrs, lifting up to 50 lbs, crouching/bending/twisting/repetitive hand movements
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building with business partners
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
