Job Summary
Execute all resets in assigned territory per required schedule by setting shelves, end caps, and displays to the provided planogram; ensure sections are properly tagged; pack out backstock; remove non-planogram items; complete required reporting and upload photos; report stock levels, outages, and competitive observations to management. Requires previous reset merchandising experience in convenience-store environments, ability to work independently or with a team, adaptability to changing environments, and the physical capability to stand/walk for several hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform bending/twisting tasks. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required. Provides part-time schedules with travel reimbursement where eligible and opportunities for advancement within Force One’s in-store merchandising services for top beverage clients.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail merchandising experience, preferably in a reset capacity within convenience store setting
- A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
- Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
- Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include: Standing and walking 3-8hrs; Lifting up to 50 lbs; Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements; Possesses excellent organizational skills; A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners; Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
