Job Summary
Execute all pack-outs in assigned territory per required schedule, setting shelves, end caps, and displays to provided planograms. Ensure sections are properly tagged, pack out backstock, and remove non-planogram items to designated areas. Accurately complete reporting and upload completion photos while regularly reporting observations on stock levels, out-of-stock situations, and competitive threats. This flexible, part-time role involves standing and walking 3-8 hours with lifting up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Previous retail merchandising experience
- A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
- Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
- Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include: Standing and walking 3-8hrs, Lifting up to 50 lbs, Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
- Possesses excellent organizational skills
- A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
