Job Summary
Execute all resets in assigned territory per required schedule by setting shelves, end caps, and displays to provided planograms. Pack out backstock, remove non-planogram items, and ensure sections are properly tagged. Accurately complete reporting and upload completion photos while reporting observations on stock levels, out-of-stock situations, and competitive threats. Requires standing and walking 3-8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver's license. Flexible, part-time schedules with paid travel reimbursement available.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail merchandising experience, preferably in a reset capacity within convenience store setting
- A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
- Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
- Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include: Standing and walking 3-8hrs
- Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include: Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include: Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
- Possesses excellent organizational skills
- A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
