Job Summary
Execute all pack-outs in assigned territory per required schedule, setting shelves and end caps to provided planograms while ensuring sections are properly tagged. Pack out backstock, remove non-planogram items, and accurately complete reporting by uploading completion photos. Report observations regularly to management regarding stock levels, out-of-stock situations, and competitive threats. This role involves flexible, part-time schedules with paid travel reimbursement and direct deposit. Force1One, founded in 1990, offers complete in-store merchandising services to Fortune 500 clients.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail merchandising experience
- A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
- Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
- Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include: Standing and walking 3-8hrs, Lifting up to 50 lbs, Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
- Possesses excellent organizational skills
- A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
