Job Summary
Execute all pack-outs in assigned territory per required schedule, set shelves and displays to provided planograms, and ensure sections are properly tagged. Pack out backstock, remove non-planogram items, and accurately complete reporting with completion photos. Report observations regularly to management regarding stock levels, out-of-stock situations, and competitive threats. This flexible part-time role includes paid travel reimbursement and convenient mobile reporting for a leading retail merchandising organization serving Fortune 500 clients.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail merchandising experience
- A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
- Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
- Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include: Standing and walking 3-8hrs, Lifting up to 50 lbs, Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
- Possesses excellent organizational skills
- A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
