Job Summary
Monitoring and Observability Engineer role focusing on performance and availability of services, applications, and infrastructure. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining monitoring and observability using Splunk and Dynatrace, configuring dashboards, managing incidents and changes via JIRA, understanding CVEs and risk in compliance context, learning to monitor containers and cloud infrastructure, and collaborating with Enterprise Monitoring to improve policy adherence. Requires ability to create dashboards, understand Splunk structure, and participate in change management processes; strong communication and documentation skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Mandatory Skills: Splunk AIOPS
- Experience: 5-8 Years
- Monitoring & Observability skills
- JIRA workflow familiarity
- Understanding of CVEs and risk/vulnerability management
- Knowledge of containers and cloud monitoring
