Job Summary
Toolmaker on the second shift responsible for building and repairing tooling and dies, operating tool room equipment such as wire EDM, Haas mill, Bridgeport mill and grinders, building fixtures, tooling, and master tooling, forming prints via reverse engineering, fabricating jigs and prototype parts for Engineering, and using Mastercam to read and interpret blueprints.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years tool room experience
- Strong understanding of safety, operations, and maintenance documents and procedures
- Working knowledge of machine troubleshooting
- Significant attention to detail
- Solid analytical skills
- Willingness to take initiative
