Tooling Technician

Job Summary
Tooling Technician to support the tooling program at the Jersey Shore, PA facility. Responsible for installation, removal, cleaning, maintenance, and repairs of mold press and trim press tooling. Capable with tooling/machining measurements using calipers and micrometers; operate bench grinders, surface grinders, and CNC machines. Follow preset schedules, work independently, and perform intricate assembly/disassembly of tooling. Role requires working in elevated temperature environments during mold cleaning, long 12-hour shifts with heavy lifting of dies/molds, and documenting changes using computer programs. Prior experience in machine tooling is preferred, with training available for the right candidate. Must train to operate mold lift truck, forklifts, and electric hand truck. Comfortable with SOPs, cGMP environment, clean room gowning requirements, and participation in continuous improvement and safety/quality programs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Technical certificate in Precision Machining/Mechanical Engineering Preferred
