Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance, insert changes, and repairs on injection molding tools while maintaining detailed records of activities and tool performance. Identify tooling issues, report findings to the Tooling Lead, and participate in root cause analysis to implement solutions. Develop and update Tooling Process Instructions, organize the tool room components, and collaborate with production teams to address operational needs. Work the night shift from 5:00pm to 5:00am on Fridays through Sundays in Fort Worth, TX.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a tooling or manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with injection mold maintenance and repairs
- Solid understanding of the injection molding process
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability to changing priorities and short deadlines
- Commitment to supporting internal teams including Molding, Production, and Special Operations
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- No sponsorship for work authorization
