Job Summary
Tooling Project Manager responsible for leading aeronautical tooling projects from design review through qualification and acceptance, translating technical requirements into robust tooling solutions, and coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver on scope, timelines, and client expectations. The role encompasses tender preparation and negotiation, project planning and execution, ensuring tooling meets mechanical, dimensional, and functional requirements, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and quality standards (QHSE). The incumbent will oversee subcontractors and suppliers, support acceptance procedures and technical documentation, and contribute to a professional company image. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field and a minimum of 3 years in an industrial mechanical environment; experience with aeronautical tooling is a strong plus; and a proven track record in project/technical management with the ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and coordinate calls for tender.
