Job Summary
Tooling Program Manager for Commercial Tool & Die (CTD) in Comstock Park, MI. Lead program lifecycle activities including development of program documents, management plans, budgets, schedules, and change control; coordinate with customers, designers, and manufacturing resources to ensure program success; facilitate feasibility studies, ROEs, and RFP responses; drive cost control, risk management, and stakeholder satisfaction; require strong customer service and exceptional written/oral communication, with 3-5+ years in program management or related fields and a background in plastics/injection molding; bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years Program Management or related experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Plastics, or related field
- Specific experience in plastic injection molding strongly preferred
