Job Summary
Director-level role leading enterprise-wide tooling execution for FieldCore, overseeing global Lean Daily Management, S&OP integration, and asset lifecycle economics; responsible for CAPEX governance, tooling-center optimization, and global shared services, with emphasis on balancing cost, speed, service, and compliance while driving margin, cash flow, and customer outcomes. Core duties include designing/ deploying Lean Daily Management systems (DMR, MOR, SMR), establishing KPI-driven performance dashboards, owning the North America execution control tower, leading global tooling shared services, managing multi-year CAPEX planning and ROI models, governing depreciation and replenishment rules, guiding tooling center placement and capacity planning, driving end-to-end S&OP, maintaining tooling Master Database, leading ISO/compliance processes, and enabling advanced analytics/AI-enabled forecasting; travel may be required and role may include other duties to support FieldCore vision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- 12+ years of progressive experience in global operations, supply chain, logistics, or related industrial environments
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Lean Daily Management systems in a global environment
- Strong experience managing large-scale budgets and developing complex financial and ROI models
- Proven change management capability, including leadership of major structural changes such as facility relocations, network redesign, or global process transformation
- English proficiency required
