Job Summary
Tooling Operations Coordinator responsible for tool fulfilment across the region, including tool entry, tracking, and purchasing requests; manage invoices, quotes from vendors, and data aggregation for management; provide general operational and administrative support to Tooling Coordinators and Logistics teams; plan and schedule tasks; maintain customer relationships; and be willing to travel and work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required by field assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or two years of experience in a sourcing-related role
- Or High School Diploma and 5 years of logistics planning and execution experience
- Must be able to read and interpret technical manuals
