Tooling Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on aeronautical tooling and jigs using laser tracker and metrology equipment, and repair and resolve defects or dimensional deviations in tooling. Analyse and verify geometric tolerances and alignments according to Pilatus specifications and drawings. Perform modifications and adjustments to tooling to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage and record inspections results and tooling inventory, ensuring traceability using ERP systems. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures in equipment, machines and tools. Adjust and carry out minor modifications to tools, auxiliary industrial means, and jigs to optimize performance. Contribute to the development of a new facility in Sevilla within Pilatus Iberica and broader Pilatus network.
Required Qualifications
- Professional experience (+5 years) as a maintenance technician in the aerospace or industrial sector.
- Education in industrial electromechanical maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ERP applications.
- Flexibility to adapt to new processes and technologies
- Team-oriented attitude, clear communication, effective collaboration with colleagues and ability to follow instructions accurately.
