Job Summary

Inspect, test, clean, repair, and maintain all small tools and equipment, including hand tools, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic power tools, and small gasoline or diesel-powered machinery, adhering to manufacturer, TCRS, and related legislation. Assist with loading and unloading industrial tools for TCRS shutdown activities and prepare new equipment for the rental fleet. Perform diagnostic and troubleshooting tasks on construction tools, pumps, generators, and general maintenance equipment while documenting service work as required. Work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines, handling heavy loads and extended periods of standing or bending.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient reading & writing skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications
  • Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems
  • Well organized with the ability to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies
  • Must possess the technical knowledge & mechanical aptitude to perform service & maintenance tasks on our product line ranging from construction tools & equipment, to small gasoline & diesel powered pumps, generators & general construction & maintenance equipment
  • Possesses excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills and abilities
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision
