Job Summary
Acquire and demonstrate skills needed to advance through the apprenticeship curriculum. Complete required online courses as part of the apprenticeship agreement, with both workweek time allocated and additional outside coursework. Perform tool shop tasks under the supervision of the tooling supervisor, maintain workspace cleanliness and assist in maintaining tool fluids at recommended levels. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods, while adhering to quality and safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent
- Must sign apprenticeship agreement
- U.S. Person status as defined by applicable law for authorized access to data controlled under ITAR
Desired Qualifications
- Machine shop experience
- Technical school training
Additional Requirements
- Must complete pre-employment drug screening and background investigation
