Job Summary
The Tool Room Specialist is responsible for training tool room personnel on daily job functions, managing tool inventories, and working closely with trade superintendents and vendors on tools and calibration. Key responsibilities include stocking the toolroom, maintaining the Tool Conex inventory, and innovating processes to streamline operations. The candidate should possess a high school diploma or GED, have at least 2 years of inventory experience, and demonstrate effective communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 2 years of inventory experience
- Up to 2 years of facilitated training experience
- Current/valid driver’s license required
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office and Excel
- Proven ability to multi-task
