Job Summary

Comply with safety and environmental guidelines while maintaining and managing tool room clerical functions. Update records of tool room equipment, tools, and kits, then issue these items to concerned departments and ensure their return after use. Check for damages, organize tools on shelves for easy access, and transfer equipment to the sales department upon order requests. Operate fork-lifts and pallet jacks when necessary and keep abreast of advance technologies in tool designs. Maintain equipment manuals, processes, and operational guidelines.

Required Qualifications

6 months of related work experience
Must be able to operate fork-lift, pallet jack and other heavy equipment when necessary
Must be able to comply with safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and regulations
Must be able to maintain and manage tool room clerical functions
Must be able to maintain and update records of tool room equipment, tools, and kits
Must be able to issue tools, kits, and equipment to the concerned departments
Must be able to ensure return of issued tools, kits, and equipment back to the tool room after use
Must be able to check for damages or unusable condition of tools, equipment, and kits
Must be able to organize tools and equipment on shelves and racks for easy access
Must be able to keep abreast of advance technologies in tools and equipment designs
Must be able to maintain tool room equipment manuals, processes, and operational guidelines
Must be able to transfer equipment, tools and kits from tool room to sales department upon order requests
Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
Must be able to check your work
Must be able to interact with others
