Tool Repair Technician

Service Technician role at SouthernCarlson performing hands-on troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic and electric power tools (including nail guns and staple guns), advising customers on proper operation and maintenance, processing orders and service documentation, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. Requires strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, customer-focused communication, ability to manage multiple tasks, basic computer skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally. Daytime Monday–Friday schedule with an in-person work arrangement at Lynnwood, WA; high school diploma or equivalent required.
