Job Summary
Support the design, build, refurbishment, and reverse engineering of plastic injection molds for automotive, medical, plastic packaging, and battery industries in a climate-controlled facility. Analyze specifications, set up and operate machine tools, and fit/assemble components to fabricate and repair metalworking dies. Assist with plastic injection mold builds through all stages while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area on the second shift. The role emphasizes ownership, problem-solving, precision, and contributing to continuous improvement in a family-owned environment with growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Journeyman Tool & Die Maker
- Proven expertise in Plastic Injection Molds
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze engineering designs and CAD models
