Tool Install Project Manager

Lead multiple Tool installation, conversion, and demolition projects in semiconductor construction. Manage functional area teams of matrix employees to complete capital expense projects on site, coordinating with contractor workforces, A/E firms, and key trade companies. Accountable for leadership and management of the project team, supplier management, scope definition, schedule performance, and budget control, with a focus on eliminating safety incidents and minimizing impact to factory operations. Drive lean principles to ensure a safe, high-quality work environment and seamless operations; translate business and technical requirements into high-quality project designs; develop supplier partnerships and deliver improvements in quality, schedule, and cost. Build and drive safety culture across project lifecycle and collaborate with factory owners, global supply management, central design, site construction, and suppliers. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with readiness to manage discussions with executive management and hands-on involvement as needed.
