Job Summary
Lead planning and execution of advanced semiconductor tool installation projects that enable factory expansion, technology node transitions, and capacity growth. Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources across the full lifecycle; develop and maintain integrated schedules, critical path analyses, and forecasts. Oversee installation sequencing and resource planning; coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors; lead contractor selection, bid evaluations, and contract execution. Champion safety and ensure compliance with protocols; drive risk mitigation related to supply chain, construction delays, utilities, and design changes. Support factory startups, expansions, and technology conversions to enable production continuity and ramp schedules, capture lessons learned, and drive best-known methods across sites. This role requires collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, facilities, and external contractors to deliver world-class manufacturing capability and operational readiness, with ~10% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
- 8+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, facilities, tool installation, or capital project management
- Proven experience managing scope, schedule, cost, contractors, and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with semiconductor cleanroom environments and manufacturing equipment
- Strong knowledge of project controls, risk management, and tools such as Microsoft Project
