Job Summary
Manage tool demo, installation, and qualification from design through construction, supporting PM and PIT on safety, quality, scope, schedule, and budget indicators. Supervise and develop a matrix team of Engineers and Technicians while representing local FCS in CTI and Virtual Factory forums. Interface with Foundry customers, suppliers, and contractors to resolve issues, facilitate taskforces, and drive Lean initiatives for continuous improvement. Foster a safety culture of caring across all business environments and transition to TI Project Manager as site capacity grows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture or other related technical field
- 3+ years of demonstrated project or program management in large scale construction or factory tool install/qual ramp experience
- Must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position
Desired Qualifications
- Previous related work experience in a semiconductor foundry preferred
- Expertise in installation and demolition of process tool equipment
- Experience of Medium, large-scale projects in a Leadership role
- Experience in 3rd Party management and coordination of day-to-day operations
- Professional Project Manager (PMP) certification, including Lean methodologies experience
