Job Summary
Lead site project execution teams to solve TIQ constraints, scheduling issues, and facilitate task forces for tool installs from design through SL2SO. Manage Tool Demo, Conversion, and Installation up to Supplier Qualification while supporting Functional Area Teams on safety, quality, scope, schedule, and budget indicators. Mentor Engineers and Technicians in a matrix environment, representing the local site in CTI and VF forums to resolve scope needs and drive continuous improvement via Lean initiatives. Interface with Foundry customers, suppliers, and contractors to enable commissioning aspects and facility preparation activities. Model a safety culture of caring across all business environments, leveraging JHA/FMEA processes for risk prevention and 8D reviews for incident resolution. Report to the Tool Install Department Manager with flexibility to assume ownership of TI PM responsibilities as site capacity grows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture or other related technical field
- 3+ years of demonstrated project or program management in large scale construction or factory tool install/qual ramp experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the installation and demolition of process tool equipment
- Experience with Intel IQ systems (e.g. EMS, AIO, SIRFIS, 6D, Fuzion, QUEST, Capacity Planning, Procurement, Safety Level Signoffs)
- Experience in 3rd Party supplier management and coordination of day-to-day operations
- Professional Project Manager (PMP), Lean or 6-Sigma certification
