Job Summary
Tool House-Warehouse Foreman role overseeing safety and quality on job sites, evaluating field employees for promotion, coordinating with project management, and managing paperwork, equipment, and warehouse operations. Requires leadership, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to plan, solve problems, recruit field workers, manage time sheets and safety/quality audits, and ensure training and certifications are in place. On-site, full-time position in Kailua, HI; 18+ years old; high school diploma or equivalent; able to lift 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; undergo background checks and drug testing. Emphasizes teamwork, process improvement, and maintaining professional relationships with customers and staff.
Required Qualifications
