Tool Hire Assistant

Deliver day-to-day tool hire activities by driving a 3.5 tonne van to deploy resources, collect customer orders, and ensure equipment is secured and loaded safely. Lead by example through regular customer interactions, proactively cross-selling to support team growth, and provide constructive feedback to assist members in delivering a high-quality experience. Process customer orders and payments using in-house systems, organize delivery times, update accounts, and maintain accurate inventory levels across the local network. Maintain tool hire standards and collaborate with branch colleagues to ensure appropriate availability. This full-time role operates Monday-Friday 7:00am-16:00pm or 8:00am-17:00pm, plus Saturdays, with a requirement for a full UK driving licence.
