Job Summary
Lead the Tool & Die department by supervising tooling personnel and overseeing repair and maintenance activities. Support tooling design and development while troubleshooting manufacturing and tooling issues. Collaborate with Engineering and Production to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Requires Journeyman Tool & Die certification, 10+ years of experience, and strong machining knowledge. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 DOE with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman Tool & Die certification or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of Tool & Die experience
- Strong machining and tooling knowledge
