Job Summary
Tool & Die Maker responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining jigs, fixtures, tools, and dies; read and interpret blueprints and instructions; plan setups and operate machine shop tools; perform heat treating and welding as needed; inspect tooling with precision measuring tools; assemble and troubleshoot tooling to ensure function and product quality; collaborate with designers on manufacturability; benefit from competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including a multi-faceted total rewards package. Required Qualifications
- Completion of a formal apprenticeship or equivalent in-tool & die training
- Journeyman machinist with tool & die training encouraged to apply
- Ability to read blueprints and perform precision work
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
