Job Summary
Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and modifications to stamping and forming equipment at the Jackson, TN facility. Conduct routine machine shop work using conventional mills, lathes, and surface grinders. Assist in troubleshooting issues with presses, benders, and dies, while providing feedback on adjustments to reduce downtime and improve part quality. Support the development of new stamping dies and modifications to existing ones. Submit purchase requisitions for parts and identify critical components for inventory. Work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with flexibility for additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.

- Perform routine preventative maintenance & repairs on both progressive & single stroke metal stamping dies
- Assist in troubleshooting issues with stamping & forming equipment including stamping dies, presses, benders, etc
- Perform general machine shop work using conventional mills, lathes, surface grinders, etc
- Assists in development of new stamping dies & modifications to existing dies to extend life & improve part quality
- Submit purchase requisition for parts & components needed for die repair & maintenance
- Identify critical parts & make recommendations on spares components to inventory
- Ability to meet attendance standards
- Required to work a 40-hr week
- May require flexible hours when necessary to reach company goals
