Candidates should possess experience in press and molding operations, be skilled in blueprint reading, and demonstrate manual dexterity. Safety protocols are emphasized, alongside continuous improvement participation as a team member.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 – 3 years press experience
- 1 – 3 years molding experience
- Blueprint reading experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift certified preferred
