Job Summary
The Tool and Die Associate builds and revises dies to ensure production of quality parts on extruders that meet customer specifications. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints to create layouts for new dies, building and repairing dies using wire EDM and machining processes, and collaborating with design and production teams to optimize die performance through testing. Candidates should possess a one-year certificate from a technical school, have over 2 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in ISO and extrusion knowledge, as well as possess strong communication and math skills.
Required Qualifications
- One-year certificate from college or technical school
- 2+ years' experience

- Extrusion knowledge
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (Office 365)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong math skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Milling and Lathe experience
