Job Summary
Plan and design all necessary tool components using available resources to ensure optimum design at minimum fabrication expense. Actively maintain knowledge of tool design, machines, engineering standards, and new technologies through personal training. Provide technical support to engineering and production groups while applying Graco Engineering standards to ensure conformity. Generate strong conceptual ideas for tools and communicate design concepts to all levels of manufacturing personnel. Start the design/build process with engineering to avoid quality issues and ensure requestor satisfaction. Requires minimum of four years experience in Tool and Die Design or Machine Design, CAD/CAM training, and High School diploma. Base pay range $26.11 - $45.72. This role supports the Contractor Equipment Division in Rogers, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School and 4 years experience of some combination of the following
- Technical training in Tool and Die Design and/or Machine Design
- CAD/CAM training minimum of 1 year experience
- Technical training in Tool and Die or Machining Trade School
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship now or in the future (e.g., H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT)
