Tool Crib Attendant

Job Summary
Tool Crib Attendant manages tool and materials inventory in the tool crib, issues tools to employees, maintains records and BOM/Sage entries, schedules preventative maintenance, and ensures gas stocks (e.g., welding gases) are stocked. Responsibilities include counting stock, entering requisitions, verifying BOM parts for rush orders, managing paint orders, using GigaTrak for tool tracking, receiving deliveries, keeping 5S housekeeping, and performing tool repairs. Must maintain accurate inventory records, perform related duties per safety program and Alberta OHSA, and work in a manufacturing environment; candidates should be proficient with Excel and Sage Accounting, able to lift up to 35 lbs, and work well both in a team and independently.
Required Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Proficiency with Excel and Sage Accounting software
- Experience with supply chain/inventory systems is an asset
- Good verbal and written communication
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
