Job Summary
Tool Crib Attendant responsible for maintaining and organizing daily tool crib operations and inventory. Manage tool crib inventory, initiate purchase order requisitions, receive and dispense tools and supplies, inspect tools, and containerize hazardous waste. Perform material handling (forklift operation required) and support Environmental, Health and Safety audits. Interface with engineering, quality, process leaders, and production control; participate in process improvement and cycle-reduction efforts to support the Bangor site. Maintain accurate records in computer systems and communicate effectively with team members. Requires lifting up to 25 lbs and willingness to work A, B, C, or D shifts; use PPE as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work A/B/C/D shifts (A/B/C/D shifts as defined)
- Forklift operation experience or ability to operate forklift
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory/maintenance systems
- Experience with tool crib operations andReceiving/dispense of tools and supplies
- Ability to perform material handling
- Interest in supporting EH&S audits
