Job Summary
Set up and operate tool room machinery including mills, lathes, grinders, drills, and band saws to construct precision parts. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and diagrams while performing minor machine repairs to maintain equipment in safe working condition. Train and assist the workforce on proper equipment setup and tool usage. Requires high school diploma, GED, or trade school with 5+ years of tool and die experience and proficiency in operating manual mills, lathes, drill presses, and grinders.
