Tool and Die Maker - Night Shift

Tool and Die Maker position on the night shift responsible for coordinating with departments to produce die to specifications, analyzing specs, laying out stock, setting up and operating machine tools, and fitting/assembling parts to fabricate and repair dies, jigs, gauges, and tools. Performs dimensional verification with calipers, micrometers, and gauge blocks, leads die construction and tryouts, conducts test runs to ensure parts meet specs, follows safety rules, maintains tools and calibration, and ensures quality through precise setup, measurement, and assembly of tooling components.
