Job Summary
Welcome guests with personalized service from arrival to departure, conduct engaging spa tours, and guide guests through compression and red-light therapy sessions. Maintain immaculate cleanliness across all spa areas, including the pool deck and treatment spaces, while providing attentive tea and beverage service on the patio. Support room turnover between hot/cold contrast appointments and respond promptly to guest inquiries. Collaborate with receptionists and practitioners to ensure seamless experiences, participate in ongoing training, and assist with daily operations. Requires weekend availability, evenings, and holidays with a minimum of 2-3 shifts weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Weekend availability
- 1-3 years of experience in a high-end customer service role
- Fluent in English
- Flexibility to accommodate a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum commitment of 2-3 shifts per week
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods
- Capacity to move, carry, or lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for prolonged periods
- Comfort working in environments with varying temperatures
