Job Summary
Front Desk Closer at Tone Up Health & Fitness responsible for greeting members entering and leaving the gym, answering questions, directing calls, performing cleaning duties, making outbound calls to drive business, and monitoring inventory (drinks, apparel). Maintain a clean, presentable front desk with necessary materials. Requires 7pm-12am weekday availability, post-midnight cleanup, weekend availability, excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, top-notch customer service, and knowledge of gym equipment. 18+.
