Job Summary
Define current operations using data analytics and qualitative methods to develop prioritized initiatives impacting strategic objectives. Identify, develop, and execute opportunities to optimize supply operations, scope projects, and drive them to closure. Create and implement supply chain strategies by identifying key gaps, pain points, and critical areas for innovation supported by corresponding roadmaps. Partner on planning and overseeing strategic process improvements around internal and external supply chain processes. Manage supplier performance with accountability for cost, schedule, and quality within the Naval Air Missile strategic business unit. This elevated role requires navigating execution of processes, projects, and tactics while understanding impacts on AOP and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Active and existing security clearance
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- 8 years prior relevant experience
- Advanced Degree in a related field
- 5 years experience
- Experience in presenting to leadership and cross functional program leads
- Experience in navigating the execution of processes, projects, and tactics, understanding the impact of the work
- Experience in EVMS, EAC and AOP
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business
- Experience in top-tier management consulting and/or internal strategy operations
- Experience analyzing data and developing and presenting compelling presentations to internal stakeholders and executive leadership
- Experience with supplier management, strategic sourcing, and/or supplier assessments
