Job Summary
Develop and execute Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans to ensure flawless execution from front end through contract closure. Plan sourcing decisions, support the Make/Buy/Where process, and manage Purchase Requisition generation and Purchase Order placement. Oversee Supply Chain Management activities by linking Purchasing, Logistics, and Production Control while monitoring performance metrics and addressing program issues. Work with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to create schedules based on Material Requirements Planning and generate Supplier Statements of Work. Travel up to 20% to support supplier engagements and reviews. This role supports the Tomahawk Recert program at Raytheon's Tucson facility, requiring an active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- A University Degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 8 years prior relevant experience
- An Advanced Degree in a related field
- minimum 5 years experience
- Experience managing supplier performance relative to financials, performance metrics, and/or contract compliance
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
- Ability to travel up to 20%

- Experience in Material Forecasting
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Material Estimate at Complete (EAC)
- Earned Value (EV)
- Experience managing cost and schedule for complex, high value programs
- Understanding of the RMD Manufacturing Transition to Production Tool Sets
- Previous leadership position in a fast paced technical or manufacturing environment that included multiple working organizations

- Experience with Proposals/Estimating and/or Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
