Service Technician responsible for accurate repairs per repair orders, diagnosing malfunctions, communicating with parts to obtain needed parts, and ensuring customer satisfaction consistent with dealer guidelines. Duties include performing repairs first time correctly, road-testing vehicles, maintaining shop cleanliness, following manufacturer and dealership standards, attending factory training and safety classes, maintaining at least one ASE Certification, and assisting the sales department when appropriate. Emphasis on safe handling of hazardous materials, proper documentation, and contributing to service department profitability.
