Job Summary
Be the face of toll collection operations at the Parkersburg Memorial Bridge facility by assisting customers with account setup, inquiries, and issue resolution. Process payments using back-office systems and handle in-person concerns regarding toll usage, billing, and complaints. Support incoming customer service calls, collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience, and perform end-of-day shift balancing and deposit reporting. Maintain consistent attendance while adhering to assigned work schedules, including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in computer-based data entry
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends
- Experience handling cash using computerized systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and follow up on customer issues
- Skilled in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and patient
- Capable of multitasking, staying focused, and managing time independently
- Team-oriented with a strong commitment to service excellence
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
