Job Summary
Coordinate raw material elevation, dosing, grinding, and mixing sequences to ensure production volumes meet precise customer specifications. Perform visual inspections of feeds for appearance, texture, and nutritional compliance, while collecting representative samples for laboratory testing and wet chemistry analysis. Execute SAP transactions for goods receiving, issuance, and technical completion, maintaining accurate stock cards and Certificates of Analysis. Identify and document product nonconformities, initiating containment actions to prevent the release of non-compliant materials. Monitor bulk density trends and validate dosing reports against approved formulations. Assist in process validation activities like mixer efficiency testing and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics & Communication Engineering
- preferably license in engineering
- Knowledge of and familiarity of the different manufacturing processes and functionality of machines, equipment and its components
- Planning, analytical, numerical, problem-solving skills
- Computer literate
- Knowledge in PLC
- Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Mobile (willing to be assigned anywhere in Mindanao)
