Job Summary
Collect tolls from drivers using the bridge, providing accurate change as needed. Monitor traffic flow to ensure safe and efficient vehicle movement while maintaining accurate transaction records and reconciling cash and credit card payments at shift end. Respond to bridge user inquiries professionally, perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning, and report any malfunctions to the supervisor. Adhere to all safety protocols and assist with training new operators. This 2pm-10pm shift role requires a drivers license and ability to work weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Drivers License is required
