Job Summary
Store Sales Associate duties include assisting customers and donors, operating cash register, processing donations, loading/unloading donations and truck shipments, sorting/grading merchandise, stocking and merchandising, light maintenance and housekeeping, and supporting team members. Requires effective customer service, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; forklift license may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull fifty pounds with assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule at multiple locations including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be willing to obtain a forklift license if able
- Ability to use good judgment, discretion, and initiative.
