Job Summary
To-Go Specialist responsible for accurate takeout/delivery order execution, ensuring order accuracy, timely pickup, and friendly guest service. Duties include processing orders via phone/online/third-party apps, verifying packaging and order presentation, coordinating with BOH for fulfillment, maintaining to-go station inventory, communicating with drivers/guests, and upholding food safety standards. Requires strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, proficiency with POS systems and online ordering, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a to-go, host, or customer service role preferred but not required
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
- Comfortable using POS systems, tablets, and online ordering platforms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 lbs
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
