Job Summary
Process takeout and delivery orders accurately through phone, online, and third-party apps while ensuring packaging and presentation meet standards before handing off to guests or drivers. Greet guests in a friendly manner, coordinate order fulfillment with the back-of-house team, and manage station inventory to maintain timeliness and organization. Monitor communications with delivery drivers and enforce food safety and sanitation standards throughout the shift. This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
